SR Flip Flop
The
sr flip flop helps you make memory circuits. SR Stands for Set Reset
flip flop. The layout below helps you make the SR flip flop out of npn
transistors and 220 ohm resistors. Using 5V the output will be 3.00V.
Never take the resistor from the base of the npn or the npn will
overheat and explode! Or if the npn is high voltage then you will lose
power to all the other things on the circuit.
And here is the same thing only with npn transistors. I'm using 2n3904.
