1-byte Memory Device

Here would be something that you would use to store 1-byte of data.

When the write pin is high then any input will be recorded. But when the write is low then nothing will be recorded. When the read is high then the output will show what it has stored. And when the read is low nothing will show even if there is something there. And to reset it just set the reset pin high then low. By doing that you will have reset all the S-R flip flops and the out puts will be low until you set the inputs high and write high then low again.
