You might want to make it bigger so you can read and use it!

Here is how i would do it. For the best performance use a banner decoder depending on how many you have. 

so if you had 4-bytes then you would use a 2-bit decoder so that you would have 4-bit output. If that does not make sense then uh. For 4-bytes you would have 3 2-bit decoders. Then take the outputs of the first decoder then out them on the "Read"  pins. Same with the "Delete" pin  and the "Read" pin. And there you fave it!
